The 3800 sq ft space is a place to relinquish responsibility and recalibrate, as well as train and nourish your body. With natural interiors, carefully curated lighting and purified air filters throughout, the club has been thoughtfully designed to feel like a home away from home. Hidden behind our cafe on the ground floor, you will find a members lounge area and personal training studio with a designated pilates space, leading downstairs to a further private 1-1 room, group class studio and treatment rooms. Opposite the treatment areas, are the spa-worthy changing rooms, with discreet changing corners and marble showers, for a moment of relaxation before you slip back into the real world.
